Psalm 91 1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High    will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,    my God, in whom I trust.”

“The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works.” Psalm 145:9

John 16:33, “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

From Isaiah 55: As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,  so is My word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

Psalm 46:1 God is our refuge and strength,    an ever-present help in trouble.
