All students from 6th to 12th grade are invited to our weekly Youth Group meetings Wednesday nights from 6:45 to 8:15. Watch this site and the church bulletin for dates of other special youth activities!
Men’s Brotherhood Book Study
Meet for fellowship and Bible study the first and third Thursday of each month at 7 PM.
Bengali Sewing Circle
Ladies meet weekly to create baby accessories for little ones in need in Bangladesh. Seamstresses needed but also women to iron and cut out fabric pieces. Sweet fellowship for a sweet ministry!
Adventure Kids “Jump into Easter”!
All kids age 3 through 5th grade are invited to a special Easter activity at Southern Elite Gymnastics (across from the hospital). Come out for gymnastics fun, a Bible lesson, snacks, and giveaways! Register online at fbcfairlea.com.
Communion and Palm Sunday
All are invited to join the FBC family for this special service of remembrance and preparation at the beginning of Holy Week.
Easter at First Baptist Fairlea
Join us for a Sonrise Service at 7 AM, breakfast at the church together at 9 AM, Sunday School “around the table” at 10 AM, and a Resurrection Service at 11 AM.
S.A.L.T. Ladies’ Book Study
FBC’s Sisters Abiding in Light and Truth continue their study of Jen Wilkin’s book on Hebrews Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:00, 4/8 – 5/6. Light refreshments and fellowship accompany this thought-provoking, Spirit-leading Bible study. All women welcome!
Teen Mini-Golf Activity
FBC’s teens travel to Beckley, WV on Sunday, 4/28 for an afternoon of fellowship and friendly competition. 🙂
Food Locker
FBC’s Men’s Brotherhood meets at Old Stone Church in Lewisburg to help with food distribution to families in need.
Vacation Bible School
Students going into kindergarten through those entering 6th grade meet for a week of super-fun, beach-themed activities, all designed to bring them closer to Christ!
Summit Camp
Middle and high schoolers travel to the Bechtel Reserve, near Beckley, WV for a week of fun and faith-building!
Coalfields Mission Trip
FBC members travel to southern West Virginia to lend helping hands in the name of Christ.
